I've been wanting to make a manga for EVER and still can't figure out how to do it... I got the art part covered, but can't think of a plot. or title. or characters. help?  |

Well, what genres do you like of manga? That might help narrow down for the plot.
Or, pick and character, and work from there. I often have a lot of characters tucked away with ideas and stuff, so that if I need one, I can use it.
Also, I use people I know as characters.
