Yurei Academy
[/size][/color][/u]--> The history of Yurei Academy is a long one that has survived several centuries. This stately manor is found on a very secluded island near Japan. Once a mansion of an extremely wealthy man known by the name of Edward Yurei. Legend has it that Mr. Yurei had never been married dispite his fortune and good looks. It continues on to say how Mr. Yurei was not all there and died of a mysterious illness in his ballroom. Another version states he was maliciously murdered in the ballroom. No one knows for sure...[/size][/li][/ul]
--> After his death in 1812, his nephew Thomas Yurei received it. He was a very educated professor and studied the human mind. Now this once beautiful manor transformed into one of human history's most disturbing creations. An insane asylum. The island was also shut off from any visitors at this time. As Thomas had gained so much money from his late uncle, the police didn't bother and soon the island was forgotten. Thomas lived a long life, he never married as well. But one day a lost fisherman appeared on the island. Upon walking in he found Thomas Yurei dead in his office. It appeared to be a murder...The people found in the insane asylum were later set free under suspicion that they really had no mental incapabilities after all. But they did have problems readjusting to their surrounding after being set free from all those years of no socialization. To make matters worse, nobody knew what had happened to these people. As the people from the asylum were unable to talk about this. Almost as if someone had erased their ability to talk about what happened...
--> Now this mansion gone wrong has recently been changed into an academy. Naming it after the first owner, Edward Yurei, it's the Yurei Academy. Nearby people on other islands protested this. But the academy was started anyway, ignoring their pleas. It's a private academy and students can only join from invite. Strangely all the students who get invited have something strange or unique about them. Such as the ability to hear, see and contact the dead. Or the ability to actually leave their body and wander as a soul. The locals are starting another legend. A legend where these students have the heritage of the first insane asylum patients. The academy officials argue how the Yurei Mansion is just being used as an academy. But is it really?
