.....My advice is to A.} Read a few of the stories, and give us your valuable insights. Saying "Great Story!!!" May stroke someone's ego--and some stories that's about all you can say...

.....But in general, comments like, "Why do all your vegetarians dress in black, wear long pointy hats, and ride broomsticks?" or "Why does EVERY SINGLE ONE of your charachters preface every utterance with a long spell of nose picking, and then a deep resonate belch--people don't talk that way in real life?" Are more useful.

....................And B.} Give us an example of your own writing to comment on.

.....You can reverse A.} AND B.} if you want. Just remember--all writers like to see their work discussed--so it's kinda a "Tit-For-Tat".

.....I once saw it suggested {on another Writing Forum} that one write two reviews for each story they posted.

.....Myself, I try to reveiw at least one of everyone's stories--then if they return the favor, I'll reciprocate. Basically, unless there is some outstanding reason--like sheer genius on someone's part, why should I continue to comment on someone's stuff, while they ignore mine?

.....Things are really slow around here lately--so tell all your friends about this place.

.....Really, just three or four more frequent posters could turn this place around.
